This mountain retreat spread out over four floors, each packed with everything you could possibly need! The first floor invites you to lounge in the ample theater area furnished with five soft and luxurious sofas, providing plenty of space for nine people to sit comfortably. A mini-fridge and sink are also available, making it easy to serve up all your favorite movie-time snacks and beverages. On this floor, you will find two cozy bedrooms with access to two small balconies that offer stunning forest views. One bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, while the other has a full-size bed. Enjoy the beautiful scenery while sitting in a pair of wooden rocking chairs on one balcony or take a dip in your private hot tub on the other balcony for a relaxing experience.
Ascending to the second floor, you'll find an expansive open floor plan that seamlessly blends the living room, dining room, and kitchen, offering a spacious and welcoming area for quality time with your group. The fully-equipped kitchen comes with all the necessary amenities to cook up a delightful feast. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking.
Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 6-10 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 11+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.
