Host Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Amazing Cabin
The cabin was amazing . Beautiful clean and spacious .Great location. The only thing was the big bathroom doors were really hard to open and close .My father in law thought he got stuck in there when we first arrived and he went in ���� Also the driveway isnt for low to the ground vehicles so thankfully we drove my ford explorer and it did just fine. But overall it was perfect and we definitely be booking here again !

Great Cabin!
Great location! Dollywood was close as well as restaurants and activities, but secluded enough for privacy. The cabin had a lot of amenities also. Elk Springs was a great host. We will be back again to stay at this cabin as it was updated and perfect for us and the location is hard to beat for the whole area. It provided a really good value!

Lack Of Help
Lost a whole day to plumbing issues. Had to move to a lower cabin. No compensation for the moving of stuff and lost day.
Would recommend to others? NoWe see that this issue was resolved per your email, by us. The lack of help was not from Elk Springs Resort but from the third party, Airbnb that you used to book. We are glad that we were able to help assist you during your time here and get everything straightened out for you through Airbnb!

Great Cabin And Perfect Stay
Carefree Hideaway was perfect for our 4 guys on a golf trip to the area. Great cabin that had a lot of amenities to keep us entertained after a round of golf and we had perfect weather. The cabin was more private than some cabins we have stayed at and Elk Springs was a great host. We will definitely be back again to stay at this cabin. You do need to be careful pulling out onto Upper Middle Creek Rd. Watch the mirror closely for cars coming around the bend!

Great Stay And Great Location!
We stayed last minute at this cabin that popped up in our search, for a quick weekend getaway. Wow, what a good choice, this cabin is completely remodeled and everything is new including all the furniture! It was very private feeling and had a great homey feel to the cabin. No shortage of activities in and outside of the house. It's a short gravel road to the cabin from Upper Middle Creek Rd (but not steep) wasn't a big deal. The location is so close to Dollywood and Pigeon Forge and a short drive to Gatlinburg. Elk Springs was great to work with, and check in and out were a breeze. We will certainly be back.
