The Bearfoot Inn is cozy enough for 2 yet comfortably sleeps up to 10 and is highly rated for location, cleanliness, and more. A unicorn of mountain cabins because of the exceptional floor plan! A master bedroom with full bath on the main floor, sleeping quarters in the loft with queen size bed and full bath, and a king size bed with full bath connected to the downstairs living/game room, plus full and queen sleeper sofas. Invite your family and friends to step onto the upper deck to experience the stunning view of Smokey Mountains. See the mystic smoke rise in the early morning and the shadows set across the mountains at dusk. Enjoy a meal or just that morning cup of coffee while you experience the vibrant fall colors, the pristine snow of winter or budding leaves of spring and summer. Perhaps you will get a distant glimpse of the momma bear and her cubs roaming deep in the woods behind the cabin! Swing with your honey under the clearest sky you've ever seen. Look for a bald eagle that nests in the mountain tops and hunts the Wears Valley. Whether its pancakes on the griddle, bacon in the pan, or biscuits in the oven, you can cook it all in the nicely equipped kitchen. Bring charcoal to light up the outdoor grill! Plate a romantic dinner for 2 or celebrate with a party of 10 at the bar and dinner table. From the faucets flows clean, pure water that is regularly tested and safe for drinking or cooking. You won't taste any better! Bring a chord of wood to throw on the wood burning fireplace. Listen to the crackle of the fire as you binge watch your favorites shows on the wall mounted Smart TV with 100s of Roku channels. Login to your favorite music channels as you enjoy the view from the massive bay windows overlooking the mountains. The master bedroom with king size bed is only a few steps away. Surf 100s of channels or catch up on the news from bed. Enjoy the pure mountain water in your large stone shower with a bench seat and optional handheld shower head. Head upstairs to the loft with a queen size bed, another wall mounted Smart TV with Roku, and a large full bathroom. Enjoy another amazing view of the mountains from the lofted sleeping area. Decide whether downstairs is a massive game room with a bedroom or vice versa. Either way, you will create memories of fun and relaxation downstairs! Select a DVD movie or login to your favorite Roku streaming app on the large wall mounted Smart TV with a Blu-ray DVD player. Grab drinks from the mini fridge and compete on the new barrel arcade with 55 games including your ole favorites like Pac Man, MS Pac Man, Frogger, and Tetras. Maybe you would rather challenge someone in a game of chess, a hand of cards or a round of pool. Shower off in the full bath before you step into the comfort of the hot tub. Lower the jets while listening to the distant howl of the coyotes, the songs of birds, the conversations of the crickets or your own mountain music. Before unplugging for the night, reply to emails or finish homework at the downstairs workstation. This sleeping area includes a king size bed and a queen size sleep sofa. Host Cancellation Policy

All reservations require at least 50% down of the nightly rate plus Admin fee and Damage Protection, which is due the day you make your reservation. If your arrival is within 14 days, then payment is required in full. Payment is required in full no less than 14 days prior to arrival date to secure your cabin. If guest would like to make final payment with a different credit card, other than the card on file, it is the guests responsibility to phone our office prior to the due date. Otherwise we will automatically charge the balance due to the original credit card on file. Also if someone else in your group is going to pay with their credit card, we will also need a copy of their valid photo id. If we are unable to process the balance, we send you an email as a reminder. All late payments will be subjected to a late fee of $35.00, plus taxes.

All reservations must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to arrival date. If the reservation is not paid in full due to credit card on file being declined and you have not contacted us back with different form of payment, the reservation then will be canceled without notice and you will forfeit your total deposit.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival date : will get all their money back minus a $55.00 cancellation fee, the non-refundable administrative fee, and Damage Protection of $29.95, plus the taxes on the two fees. Any Transfer fees are also non refundable.

Cancellations made within 29 – 15 days of arrival date will receive a reservation certificate. This is good for one year and can only be used on the original cabin. Any specials applied will be lost. The Reservation Certificate will only be for the dollar amount you have provided us. You will also be subjected to a $40.00 moving fee, plus taxes. Once you reschedule your new dates you will ONLY be allowed to move your dates. Every time you move your dates you will have a Transfer fee of $40.00 plus taxes. You are not allowed to cancel to obtain a refund when using a Reservation Certificate and no monies will be refunded for the difference in price.

Cancellations made within 2 weeks of arrival date will receive no refund of any kind.
