COMING IN APRIL, 2023!!! BRAND NEW POOL CABIN!! BIG MOUNTAIN MIST is the latest Large Cabin to open in the Smokies! Sleep up to 30 Guests in this 7 bedroom / 7.5 Bathroom luxury cabin and... IT'S GOT A POOL! Bedrooms: Every bedroom has its own full bathroom. 6 bedrooms have King beds and there is 1 bunk room with Queen sized bunks (8 ppl.) There are 5 futon couches for extra sleeping, bring the total sleeping capacity is 30 guests. Main Level: The open floor plan inside the front door houses a full kitchen, dining area and living room with Stone fireplace. Large Windows give way to wonderful mountain views and there is plenty of seating on the large covered back porch. You will find your very own "SPORTS BAR" on this level! An all-glass roll up garage door will allow you to enjoy this room inside and outside when the weather is just right! The bedroom on this level has a king sized bed and full bath. SLEEP 2 Guests on this level. Out front, you will find a covered charcoal grill to cook up your steaks, burgers and hotdogs! Upper Level: 5 Bedrooms await upstairs. 4 of those bedrooms have King beds and their own bathrooms (2 of those also has a futon,) while the other bedroom features a set of queen bunks, with its' own bathrooms. Total SLEEPING capacity upstairs is 22 guests. Lower Level: The downstairs level is loaded with fun! A Pool table and arcade game will keep your group entertained for hours. BIG MOUNTAIN MIST also comes with its very own movie theater room. A large 5 foot movie screen and great seating gives you the perfect place to enjoy a movie or watch the big game. The ultimate cabin amenity, your very own indoor swimming pool can be found on this level. The lower covered porch has great seating and you can relax in the outdoor hot tub! The bedroom on this level has a king sized bed and a full bathroom. There are 2 futons on this level. Finally the cabin comes with a washer/dryer so you can pack light if you choose to. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
