A 50% refund is given for cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival.

A Great Vacation

This location was very good. We enjoyed staying at Little Cove Lookout. A couple of pieces of furniture could be updated but we had a wonderful time and enjoyed this vacation very much. It was really nice to sit on the porch with a cup of coffee and listen to the birds singing and the view was awesome

Relaxing

Our time at Little Cove Lookout was perfect. Beautiful sun rise view and evening view. Had a bear visit our last night. Thanks to Valarie for taking care of our tv issues so quickly.

Little Cove Lookout

My wife and I had a great time staying at the Little Cove Lookout by Bear Tracts Vacation Rentals. It was in the hills between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge which made it convenient, but it was winding roads no matter where you went. The hot tub and fire place were nice features that I was looking for too. We really didn't want to leave and would recommend Bear Tracts and this location to others!
