Description: Take the PRIVATE driveway to the gate to the estate, punch in your code and leave all of the outside world behind! There is ample parking and you will have the choice between the circle driveway in front of the home or take one of the 3 parking garage spots. Driving through the gate, you will have a great view of the estate. Rolling grass hills, a white picket fence, open views of the Great Smoky Mountains and the city of Sevierville and you will even be able to see the Dollywood Fireworks each summer night! The location is ideal as it is only 2 miles from your location to the Dollywood main entrance, 2 miles from all the shopping you could ask for at the Tanger Outlet Mall, AND less than five minutes from the Cal Ripken Experience, the Leconte Convention Center and all of the restaurants, shops and attractions the Smokies have to offer! SLEEPING: Five spacious bedrooms are here for you plus an entertainment loft with even more sleeping. BEDROOM 1: 2 queen sized beds with your own SMART TV. There is a full bathroom with walk-in shower, just steps down that hall. You will share this marvelous bathroom with bedroom 2. Sleep up to 4 guests in bedroom 1. BEDROOM 2: A King bed with a large walk-in closet. A SMART TV is in this room as well. You will share this bathroom with bedroom 1. Sleep up to 2 guests in bedroom 2. BEDROOM 3: Bedroom 3 is more than just a bedroom... This master-suite is well over 800 square feet and takes luxury to the next level! 2 full bathrooms, a huge master bedroom with king bed, 60 inch smart tv, vaulted ceilings, bay windows that look out across the estate and the mountains vistas; plus a walk-in closet that will rival most bedroom sizes! The first bathroom features a luxurious jetted tub to soak away your stress, a standup shower, a makeup vanity area that is covered in lights mirrors and another closet for your bathroom items. The second bathroom sits just off the master bedroom and has doors that enter from the walk-in closet and the bedroom as well. There is an outside entry door that takes you to the back yard patio. This MASTER SUITE is a one-of-a-kind in the Smoky Mountain area! The suite is large enough to house a small football team, but only sleeps 2 guests in luxury! BEDROOM 4: the 4th bedroom on the main level sits near the garage entrance. It has a queen sized bed, a smart TV and has it's own full bathroom with walk-in shower. Sleep 2 guests in bedroom 4. BEDROOM 5: Bedroom 5 is located upstairs and has a king-sized bed. This suite comes with it's own small refrigerator, microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. ENTERTAINMENT ROOM: On the upper level of the home, you will find a huge entertainment room with all kinds of fun! As you enter the room, you are greeted by a full sized pool table. Spend hours enjoying your 1980's favorites like Donkey Kong, Galaga, Ms. Pacman, Frogger and more, and you don't need quarters!!! Just in case you need more sleeping, there are 2 queen sized beds in this room and there is a half bath just steps away. Finally, there is a reading area that has a sleeper sofa!
