As soon as you enter, you will see an open floor plan, granite counter tops and large windows giving way to a view of the Smokies! The kitchen has everything you need to prepare, serve and enjoy most any meal, you just bring the food! There are 4 bar seats around the huge granite island and the dining room table will seat all 12 of your guests comfortably. The living room is just across the way and features a 65 inch flat screen TV, comfortable seating and an electric fireplace. (The sofa here unfolds into a sleeper.) The large windows fill the back wall and the french doors open on to one of the 3 covered porches to relax and take in the views! There is also a convenient half bathroom on this level as well. The BEDROOM on the main level has a King-sized bed and has a private bathroom with step in shower. Sleep up to 4 guests on this level. UPSTAIRS is loaded with fun and more bedrooms. An entertainment room is at the top of the stairs with a full size pool table, another 65 inch flatscreen television and a sleeper sofa. The back wall is made up of large windows to enjoy the view and just outside is the second of 3 covered porches. You can see the Gatlinburg Ski slopes at night in the distance! The 3 BEDROOMS upstairs have King size beds in them and their own private bathrooms with full tub/showers. (One of the bedrooms upstairs has large windows with the mountain views. Be the first upstairs to claim that room and wake up to the Smokies each morning!) The lower level of the cabin features the ultimate cabin amenity.... your very own HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL! You don't have to share a pool with strangers, you have your own. The pool has a large deck with plenty of comfortable seating inside, or you can go outside to the 3rd covered porch and enjoy more seating or relax in your hot tub! There is a washer/dryer combo on this level so you can pack light if you choose to. Finally a second half bath is on this level too. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
