RACCOON HEAVEN is a wonderful cabin with awesome Smoky Mountain Views and Huge covered porches! CABIN LAYOUT: ENTRY LEVEL: The entry level of this log cabin only requires one small step or there is a ramp if needed. Located on this level is a dining room area, a comfortable living room area with seasonal gas fireplace and beautiful stone chimney and hearth, a fully equipped kitchen with almost everything you will need to prepare, serve and enjoy most any meal, a bedroom with queen sized bed, a full bathroom with shower and tub and finally a large covered porch with plenty of seating to relax and enjoy the mountains. And don't forget your very own outdoor hot tub! UPPER LEVEL: A comfortable reading area with sofa sleeper overlooks the living room and stone fireplace. There is a small refrigerator in the dry bar area as well. The bedroom on the upper level is considered the master bedroom. A king sized log bed with plenty of clothes storage and your own private master bathroom gives way to your very own deck with incredible Smoky Mountain Views! LOWER LEVEL: Downstairs has a gaming area loaded with fun. A full-sized pool table, large flat screen TV with L-shaped couch, and sofa sleeper. The bedroom on this level houses 2 queen sized beds and it's own full bathroom; with another covered porch for enjoying the outside. The cabin also has a wash/dryer so you can pack light. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
