Description

A stunning 7 bedroom/4 bathroom log cabin located on the back roads between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and close to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park! The property has a mountain view, plenty of parking, and is pet-friendly. Entering on the main level, the cabin features a modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining table that seats a large crowd. The living room features 3 comfortable leather couches, a large Flat Screen TV, and it has doors to close it off from the rest of the house and a door to access the deck. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. The primary bedroom offers a king bed that includes a flat screen TV, with an adjoining full bathroom. There are two other queen-size bedrooms, one with an en suite and the other located next to a different full bath. Rounding out the main level is a quaint sitting area, perfect for reading or playing games. Be sure to settle down in the rocking chairs on the deck and delight in the magnificent views! When you go downstairs, you will walk into a huge movie theatre room with plenty of seating, a massive TV, air hockey, and darts. Also on this level is a kitchenette and a washer a dryer AND a pool table! There is a queen-size bedroom, two different rooms each with 2 twin beds, and the final room has twin-size bunkbeds (not very suitable for adults). There is one full bathroom on the lower level.

Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

?A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

?For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
