Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We loved this cabin and ...

We loved this cabin and the location! We use American Patriot Getaways every year and it?s always a great experience. There was an issue with the hot tub but it was resolved very quickly. so excited to book another cabin next year! We would love to knowif there are any other cabins in the same resort as this one.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Smokey Dokey. Very convenient location. Private hot tub was great! The best stocked cabin we have ever stayed in. Would love to stay there again.

Smokey Dokey was a very nice cabin and was very easy to get to. We have stayed in a lot of cabins over the years and I would say this cabin was the best stocked with everything. I would stay at this cabin again and we have always used American Patriot -they have always been very easy to work with. Thanks Again.
