WIFI / TV / CELL SERVICE
This property does have internet service but it won't be as fast as you may be used to at home. The service is provided via satellite link which is the only thing available in the area. You should be able to browse the internet and check email just fine. However, streaming video content may be problematic which is why we also subscribe to satellite TV. Mobile service may be affected depending on your carrier.

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers but we don’t want any confusion so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
– no confetti or tape on walls (or anything else that would cause damage)
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon booking with us, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you'll find reservation and property details, access codes and other pertinent information. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver's license and a selfie (don't worry - it's super simple!). Airbnb guests with a ""VERIFIED"" profile are pre-registered and aren't required to go through this process.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for.
- $249 / per pet, pet fee (only valid on properties that allow pets)
SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That's why we provide a supply starter kit –
Includes paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
