This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, or if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival.
A 50% refund is given for cancellations greater than 30 days prior to arrival.
All deposits are forfeited if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival unless property can be rebooked.

Spectacular!
Celebrated my 50th Birthday here and it was great. Communication with owners prior to arrival and after was fantastic and made the check in process stress free. The views were spectacular! The pool was perfect after a long day of hiking. Can’t wait for our next stay !

Vacation Disaster
NO HEAT NO WATER Temperatures 5 degrees outside. Could not reach "emergency numbers given" The Owners turned their messenger option OFF on VRBO. Waited 12 hours for a call back for help. Our Family vacation was completely ruined. Owners robbed us for $2000 for one night with no heat, no water. BEWARE DO NOT TAKE THE CHANCE OF YOUR VACATION BEING RUINED! RENT SOME WHERE ELSE.
Would recommend to others? NoWe experienced an abnormal weather event in our area the day of this guest's arrival. The temperature dropped from 65 degrees to 5 degrees in 12 hours. As a result, we experienced rolling blackouts from our power company as many parts of Tennessee did. This caused our after-hours phone lines to not work properly. We never turned off our VRBO messenger. That is not even possible to my knowledge as the owner of this company. The guest tried to contact us upon their arrival at almost midnight. Unfortunately, due to the abnormal circumstances causing the phone lines to fail they couldn't reach us. We did reply to them promptly in the morning as soon as we opened. Beds were used all throughout the cabin. However, they also chose to move 2 mattresses down 2 flights of stairs into our pool area and left them with all the pillows and bedding to soak up water and humidity ruining them. The guest was fully refunded less the costs of the items they destroyed by their own choices and the contractual violation of moving furniture. It was less than $2000. We would have granted a full refund had there not been any damage.

Great Getaway For Our Family
We really enjoyed out stay at Cloud Splash! We had eight people with plenty of room for all of us. The views were amazing!! We arrived on a Wed. evening and immediately started exploring the cabin, as we opened the pool room door, shew it was HOT!! very hot! There was no way we get in the pool. I immediately got on the phone and email to. A repair man was there 1st thing Thursday morning, and found there to be a pool heater issue. Ended up getting it fixed and by the next evening we were able to use the pool a little bit and also for the rest of our stay. I was in contact with Tim the whole time and he even gave us a treat for there being an issue with the cabin! Couldn't ask for a better experience!!

Cloud Splash Fun
My family of 5 (husband and I,
Two teenage daughters and our 9 year old son) stayed at cloud splash. We had such a good time at the cabin that we only left to go out on the town once! The pool was the selling point for our kids. They played and played in there for HOURS. The views from every floor were phenomenal. The arcade games were AWESOME! Took me back to my childhood with the NBA jams! The beds were super comfy and cozy! We absolutely loved our stay at Cloud Splash!
