The kitchen, dining room and living room will greet you and you'll know that you have picked the perfect place for your trip to the Smokies! Wood flooring, the gas fireplace and the large chandelier are just the beginning. A master bedroom with a king sized bed and a full master bath can be found on this level. Add in a sleeper sofa in the living room and this level sleeps 4 people. UPPER LEVEL: The upper level is loaded with bedrooms. 3 bedrooms featuring King-sized beds and full bathrooms. Plenty of closet space in each room as well. This level will sleep 6 people. LOWER LEVEL: Downstairs features all kinds of fun! 2 more bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom features a king-sized bed and the other is a bunk room with 2 sets of full-sized bunk beds. Sleeping capacity on the lower level is 10 people. There is an entertainment room with a fantastic pool table, a Golden Tee Golf game and a multicade video game that features all of your 80's arcade classics like Ms. Pacman, Donkey Kong, Galaga and More! The theater room is just that, a full blown movie theater room with a huge HD TV, digital surround sound and theater seating. The covered porch is perfect for relaxing, especially from your own bubbling hot tub. Finally, a full indoor salt water swimming pool can be found on this level! Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.
