Description

This cabin comes complete with beautiful furnishings, stainless steel appliances, theater room, pool table, WIFI, and so much more. The most unique feature of this cabin is its 3 Family suites. Each suite is designed with a King size log bed, TV, full bathroom, as well as an additional in-closed room with Twin bunk beds. This gives parents their privacy but keeps the kiddos close by. This layout gives the cabin a total of 6 private sleeping areas. Cabin Layout: With only 3 steps up, the front porch offers a log swing and additional seating. Enter this cabin into a two story foyer complete with 22ft ceilings and a beautiful stain glass window. To the left of the foyer you will find a living room with 65" flat screen TV with cable service, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double oven, dinning room table as well as bar seating. Off of the dinning room is an additional Den area with flat screen TV, seating, foosball table, and electric fireplace. Off of the den is access to a private back deck complete with log seating, a log swing, and a bubbling hot tub. Through the kitchen you can access a separate room that houses the theater/game room. This theater room is equipped with 70" Smart TV and 2 comfy reclining couches perfect for watching your favorite movie or sports team. Also in the theater room is a pool table for your enjoyment. To the right of the foyer you will find the first family suite with king size bed, flat screen TV with cable service, full bathroom with Jetted Tub tub and stand up shower, as well as the additional in-closed room with twin bunk beds, Smart TV with DVD player and free Netflix access only. Also on the main level you will find a large laundry room with a front loading washer and dryer, along with a half bath. Upstairs: Up the stairs you will find a loft area complete with a sleeper sofa. To the right of the loft is the 2nd family suite complete with King size bed, flat screen TV with cable service, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo as well as the additional in-closed room with twin bunk beds, Smart TV with DVD player and free Netflix access only. To the left of the loft is the 3rd and final family suite complete with King size bed, flat screen TV with cable service, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo as well as the additional in-closed room with twin bunk beds, Smart TV with DVD player and free Netflix access only. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Unit Pet Policy

Please keep in mind each rental unit is an individually owned rental investment property, so please be courteous and treat the unit as you would your own ensuring your pet dog(s) do as well.

For dogs, up to 35lbs, there is a $55 pet fee per dog.

For dogs over 35lbs there is a $75 pet fee per dog (2 dogs is the maximum allowed in any unit). Dogs MUST be crated when left alone in cabin. Leaving your dog in a room with the door shut is not an agreeable or acceptable practice. Accidental damage waiver does not cover damages if dog is left un-crated.
