Comcast Triple Play with free long-distance, cable service and free internet access! CABIN LAYOUT: "Bear Creek" is a spacious two-story cabin with approximately 1,750 square feet. The upstairs level has two enclosed bedrooms with KING-SIZE beds, comfy pillow-top mattresses, TVs with cable service in each bedroom, one full bathroom and a seven-foot POOL TABLE sitting between the bedrooms in the loft game room area. The third bedroom (downstairs on the main level) has a KING LOG bed with the same Pillowtop mattress and another full bathroom. These comfy beds will encourage you to sleep late and slow down. This level has the den with its new 40" Samsung flat screen TV, DVD player, wood burning fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, and the full size washer and dryer. The wooden porch on this level also has the big bubbling hot tub, a rocker-glider and a patio dining set. The charcoal grill is outside in the yard, just behind the kitchen area. Maybe you will just want to sit outside, rocking on the big deck and enjoying the sounds of the little creek and all the wildlife nearby. Host Cancellation Policy

In order to purchase the reservation guarantee, you must call the Host no later than 48 hours after booking.

Our Reservation Guarantee is an optional fee that enables you to receive a refund, less the Reservation Guarantee, if you need to cancel your reservation.

To receive the refund, you must cancel the reservation at least 14 days prior to arrival for 1-5 bedrooms and 60 days prior to arrival for 6+ bedrooms.

Once inside these time periods you are only able to reschedule for a date within one year of cancellation. In the event the Reservation Guarantee is not purchased within 48 hours of the reservation being made, there shall be absolutely no refunds or reschedules whatsoever.
