Wake up to a beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains in this large 4 bedroom cabin. This cabin features plenty of room including a hot tub, pool table and arcade game to keep everyone cozy and entertained. Bear Cove Falls is located 5 minutes from Dollywood and the "Parkway" and 15 minutes from Gatlinburg. Enjoy!

The space

This beautiful cabin is right next to the Gatlinburg Golf course, 5 minutes away from Dollywood, 5 minutes to "The Parkway" and only 15 minutes from Gatlinburg.

This cabin features a pool table, arcade game and a hot tub overlooking gorgeous Smoky Mountains. There is also a charcoal grill out front if you would like to partake in some grilling,

The Cabin is located in Bear Cove Falls. There is a neighborhood outdoor pool available for guests use ( 10am-10pm between Memorial Day to Labor Day)

Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling.

During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.
