Above the Tree Tops is the best bang for your buck when it comes to 3-bedroom cabins! This 3-bedroom (sleeps 6) home is a spacious, Americana themed cabin with an open floor plan, 3 king size suites, a fully stocked kitchen, TV, charcoal grill, and stone mantle gas fireplace! If you're lucky enough to visit during the winter, you'll even get treated to a mountain view! On the the main level is the kitchen, living room, and a primary king size suite with a full bathroom. Walk out onto the main level deck to sit on a rocking chair and breathe in that fresh mountain air! Head downstairs for access to two more king bed suites! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and one of them even has a jacuzzi tub. You can also access a deck on this level with a hot tub- which is a MUST for any real Smoky Mountain home. Each bedroom is equipped with a television on this level and one of them has an arcade game. After a long adventure in the Smoky Mountains, come back and relax at Above the Tree Tops! Above the Tree Tops is not motorcycle friendly and not recommended for vehicles that are lower to the ground. Steep and winding mountain roads to cabin. No Smoking is allowed. This property is not pet friendly and does not have a washer/dryer. PROVIDED AT YOUR CABIN - 1 roll of toilet paper per restroom - 1 roll of paper towels per kitchen area - 1 small bar of soap per bathroom sink - 4 towels and 2 wash clothes per F/Q/K bed - 2 towels and 1 wash cloth per twin bed - 1 kitchen set: 1 hand towel, 1 washcloth, starter kit of dish detergent NOTE: If staying 3+ days, you may need more of these items and are responsible for providing extras. If you want fresh towels/sheets, please bag up your used linens and bring them to our office for a linen exchange. Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a strict cancellation policy with no cancellations or rescheduling allowed unless you purchase the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG) within 24 hours of booking. Call the office after booking if you would like to add the VSG to protect your reservation.

If you wish to purchase VSG, this must be done with the local host within 24 hours of booking. The local host will provide you with the full terms of the VSG program at that time. VSG, which can be purchased for 7% or the reservation total) directly from your local host, allows for the following:

●A 15 day cancellation policy for 1-3 bedroom properties. A 60 day cancellation policy on 4+ bedroom properties. For cancellations made outside of the 60 or 15 days, the local host will refund the entire amount of your payments made minus the cost of the VSG (which is only 7% of the reservation total).

●For cancellations made inside of the 60 or 15 day time frame, when the cancellation policy has expired, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay in that same property within 6 Months, but no monies will be refunded. After 6 Months all monies are forfeited. With a reschedule, the local host retains the cost of the VSG. So your payments, minus the cost of the VSG, will be applied to your reschedule.

Without the Vacay Stay Guarantee (VSG), absolutely no refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling.
