Located just outside Pigeon Forge in the luxury Black Bear Ridge Resort, THE ONE WITH THE VIEW is close to all the fun and excitement in Pigeon Forge. This spacious 4 bedroom, 4 bath cabin has room for up to 12 guests to spread out, kick back and find their own space to relax. Four King master suites, each with their own bathroom offer luxury accomodation. The kids will love the bunk bed area with LED TV and games adjacent an amazing home theater! Wake up and start your day with long distant views of Bluff Mountain, or end the day soaking in the steamy hot tub. Three levels of full length porches guarantee a quiet place to get away. This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Already planning next years couples ...

Already planning next year?s couples trip. We were 4 couples and all enjoyed the space and location. We all had just the right amount of privacy. The cabin was spotless. The amenities were perfect.

It was a beautiful cabin ...

It was a beautiful cabin me and my family loved it each room had there own washroom and showers, the kids loved too they had video game to play, love the view from the balcony I would recommend this place to friends and family and I'm planning to come backnext year again.

After having to switch cabins ...

After having to switch cabins 2 different times, due to the cabins being sold, we were finally able to be placed in The One With A View. It was awesome! Plenty of room for 4 different families. Super clean and the kitchen had everything you'd need. We always book with patriotic Patriot getaways and will continue to do so. Thank you for another great stay

We had a family of ...

We had a family of 12 and there was plenty of space for all of us. We were there for the Thanksgiving holidays and the Christmas decorations made it feel like home. The climb to get there was alittle steep so beware. But it was perfect & we would stay again!
