This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We loved our stay at ...

We loved our stay at Absolutely Wonderful. The cabin was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We had an easy booking, check in and check out experience with American Patriot Getaways. I would book with American Patriot again and I would stay at Absolutely Wonderful again.

Weve traveled to the pigeon ...

We?ve traveled to the pigeon forge area many times and this experience by far was the greatest. I would book this cabin tomorrow if I could get the time off. Very happy guests. Family loved the cabin. My hats off to the owners. Thank you!

We had originally rented a ...

We had originally rented a different cabin that turned out to have various issues. American Patriot addressed our concerns immediately by relocating us to this cabin which was clean, in great working condition, and conveniently located. The owner of this cabin certainly takes pride in what he offers - everything we needed was provided for and it made for a very enjoyable stay! We really appreciate what Doris did for us!!!!
