A Bears Haven - Pigeon Forge Cabin

The perfect place for my wife and I to relax and get away. The cabin had everything that we needed and was close enough to local attractions.

The cabin was great, the driveway was an easy drive and the location was very close to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. The cabin was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub was great and the game room was an added bonus. We enjoyed our time at the cabin. It had plenty of room for our group. We did have a few issues and most were fixed within a day or two. I would suggest providing information to turn on the arcade and the remotes for each tv. I did not have success with the Hospitality app. It took us to the wrong house when we arrived. The app would freeze and shut down often. We only had two issues that kept us from providing a 5 star rating. The mattress in the game room is very loud. It made a noise with every little movement. It was not the most comfortable. Also, the floors creak a lot. Any movement made on the main floor or upstairs would be heard on the floor below. Other than that, the cabin was great!

Cabin was in a great location and in great condition. The only complaint I would have is that the surround sound in the theater room only had one speaker working. The maintenance man, Michael, looked at it but there was only 1 speaker wire ran to it. We had some issues with the TV's in some of the rooms but Val worked hard to get them corrected. The Bear Tracts personnel were great in having every issue we had resolved to the best of their abilities.

This was the best vacation I’ve been on so far. The bears greeted us as arrived. I love it here! We will most definitely be back soon

The cabin was beautiful and clean when we arrived.The properly was quite and secluded. The kids loved the game room and hot tub. They spent all of their time on the lower level. The kitchen was well stocked. I would recommend adding potholders/oven mitts to the kitchen, if they were in the kitchen, we couldn’t find them. We did have a septic issue while we stayed but maintenance came and took care of it. We also had to call the house cleaning service to come afterwards to cleanup the mess, which they did in a timely manner. Overall our group had a great time!

The entire vacation was wonderful. The cabin was clean, well-kept and welcoming! Check in was easy as was check out. Everything was exactly as described.

We really enjoyed our stay! The communication was very timely and helpful. It is a beautiful home and accomodated our group of eight well. The hot tub was a hit with our kids. :) Thank you for a taste of home, away from home.

There were 6 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room for everyone. The game room was a big hit, pool table and arcade. Location was great, short drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It would have been helpful to have a user guide for the TVs and more lightning in the kitchen dining area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this cabin.
