This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We all absolutely loved this ...

We all absolutely loved this cabin. I have stayed in Patriot Getaways cabins about 10-12 times now. None have ever been a disappointment, but this one was over the top. The pool was smaller than the pictures seemed to convey, but the kids had a great timein it, so thats what mattered. The older kids lived every second they could with all the game tables. The theater room was fun! I hope I have a group to fill this cabin again some day. Awesome experience and lovely views.

This is my first time ...

This is my first time renting a property with Patriot Getaways at the suggestion of my fianc?e, who has rented property before. She recommends you guys to all her friends. My family and I were pleasantly surprised. Your guest services were great athelping with the lock box issue, thank you for that. Overall, the property was perfect for our family size and kept everyone entertained with so many amenities. And the view is just amazing. Will definitely use this cabin again for a future family getaway.

Property has spectacular views, and ...

Property has spectacular views, and lots of stuff to do at the house. Only issue we had was the internet router had to be reset by a service tech who was very friendly. The internet is a little slow, but to be expected with the remote location & satellite internet. We had a wonderful time staying here!

It was expensive but the ...

It was expensive but the view was gorgeous and the amenities were great. Coffee in front of the fireplace on the deck every morning was amazing overlooking the mountains! So peaceful and serene! Very hard to leave. Would recommend this cabin to everyone. Everything you could ask for is right there in your cabin!
