Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

This cabin was just as perfect as it could be. Very clean, convenient and homey. We said when we left, 'it was just perfect'. We go to PF about 4-5 times a year just for short getaways. It was just what we needed. The only one bad thing if I ha, we had to leave. We'll be back.

My family and I have been to Gatlinburg many times, each time we have stayed in a cabin. This cabin, Whispering Pines was fantastic. We enjoyed the hot tube and several evening were spent time playing a family video game. Overall, our experience was superior and would use American Patriot Getaways again. This was my first vacation in many years. The property was wonderful. The cabin was exactly as described and match the pictures perfectly! It was clean, neat and very comfortable. The beds were soft, the furniture was comfy and the pool table was in good shape. We hope to book Whispering Pines every year!

This was our second time staying with American Patriot and Just like the first time everything was perfect. What we love the most is how easy it is to check in and there is nobody bothering us during our stay. I have never seen or talked to an actual employee, because I�ve never had any kind of issue with anything. But, I feel like if there was an issue you would handle it flawlessly.
