Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We have been coming to the Smoky Mountains as a family for almost 15 years. We have always had good accommodations and rental companies that went above and beyond to make our stay was always what we had hoped it would be. This year was no exception. Our first time using American Patriot Getaways and staying in the magnificent home called Summit Glory. We had a wonderful long weekend in the mountains and were blown away by this beautiful home and the fabulous staff who worked to make sure all our needs weremet efficiently.
