This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We loved our vacation and ...

We loved our vacation and the time we spent at the Sugar Shack. The cabin was clean and in great condition. We have stayed in other cabins, but found this to be our favorite one so far. The cabin was the perfect size for our family and the view was great as well. We will definitely stay here again the time we visit the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. Using American Patriot Getaways was extremely easy to check-in/check-out and they answered any questions that we had before our vacation.
