Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We had a great time ...

We had a great time at the Smokies Paradise Lodge. We had more than enough room to sleep and the cabin was fabulous. The location was great too. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was very nice. ...

The property was very nice. I really enjoyed the media room. A suggestion would be to add a small refrigerator down in the media room to cool drinks. I would definitely stay again and recommend Smokey Paradise Cabin to friends and family.

My family and I had ...

My family and I had a great time at this property. I have been doing an annual grandchildren trip for awhile now, and I must say this was the best trip thus far. It was the first time I have rented a cabin but it will not be the last. I believe the barhas been set pretty high so I will more than likely try to stay at this property when I return to the area again. Although, we brought a couple of items (crock pot, blender) that we were not sure would be there; however, there was no need, because this cabin had everything we needed and more.

Smokies Paradise Lodge exceeded our ...

Smokies Paradise Lodge exceeded our expectations. From the moment we walked in the door, we realized we were going to have a great vacation! The cabin was very clean and stocked full with all the supplies we needed for our nine day stay. The landscaping,and area surrounding the cabin was well-maintained. The furnishings were of high-quality, and everything operated just as it should. I would definitely bring my family to Smokies Paradise Lodge on our next visit to pigeon Forge.
