This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We enjoyed our stay at ...

We enjoyed our stay at this cabin very much. The grandchildren loved being able to swim any time of the day. The beds were very comfortable. Wish we could have stayed longer it was so nice and beautiful there. We will defiantly use American Patriots again..

My family really enjoyed this ...

My family really enjoyed this cabin. The pool provided a lot of fun for our children. The cabin was clean. The view was amazing!! The location was very nice we will have to return to this cabin again.

First of all let me ...

First of all let me say that we loved our stay at Canyon Camp Falls this week. The cabin had a great view and was very clean, quiet, and furnished very nicely. On another note---We typically come up for a weekend getaway around Veterans Day (week or two before or the weekend of Veterans Day) and wanted to know if you might provide me with some names of other cabins in this development that we could look at online to help in planning our trip. We normally have no more than 4 adults.Thanks

Once again Patriot has proved ...

Once again Patriot has proved to be the best company for cabin rental. We have been staying in the Smokey Mountains for the last five years. We have used different companies in the past. We will be using Patriot from now on. The last two times we have usedyou guys and have been extremely satisfied. The cleanliness of the cabins are superb. Staff is always friendly and helpful. We have even had an employee call us and tell us about available cabins. A Plus rating!
