Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

This was in a good ...

This was in a good location, about 10 mins to the parkway, pool just down the hill. This cabin is a little more private then some of the others that seem to be right on top of each other in this community. Cabin very clean with everything u need.
