This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We have stayed with APG ...

This was an amazing cabin, ...

This was an amazing cabin, and an excellent choice for our first family vacation. Sadly, because of the draught, the babbling creek had little more than a trickle, but the overall experience was exceptional. Rates were good, as well as check in and out procedures. Thank you for the excellent upkeep of the cabin and the premises.

We had a wonderful time. ...

We had a wonderful time. Our grandchildren loved the upstairs. The kitchen was well equipped and so clean. This was a memorable trip for our family, our first vacation with our son and his family in over 20 years. We have many happy memories and plan to come again.
