Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Our three boys and their ...
Our three boys and their families rented this cabin for our 50th wedding anniversary this year. God blessed us with a picturesque view of the mountains and trees. We enjoyed all the amenities the cabi had to offier. We at (a lot), played games and fellow-shipped together. We are able to make some precious memories and hope to be able to return to the Great Smoky Mountains often.

We enjoyed our stay at Don't Blink. The cabin is beautiful, and the view is too. We had 4 families for a late Christmas Celebration, and the size of the living areas were perfect for the 14 of us. We especially enjoyed the game room and theater, and loo book this cabin next year.

We loved this cabin! It was well stocked. Kitchen really had everything you needed to cook with. The only thing i wished this cabin has was a Keurig. This was the first time for my grandson's staying in a cabin and they loved the games. We loved the gas fireplace and the covered porch outside with the gas logs what a bonus. Even when it rained on Saturday we could still use the outside deck and with it being a little cooler what a treat to have the outside gas logs. Nicely decorated!
