No expense has been spared concerning the amenities, either. A Hot Tub, two person Jetted Tub, Regulation Oak Pool Table, LCD TV's, multi-arcade game system and even a BASKETBALL GOAL in the drive! (bring your own ball) THE GREAT OUTDOORS is tucked in amongst the trees high up on a ridge near Little Cove Mountain at the end of a road with no thru traffic to ensure your privacy! Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

We were married at the ...

We were married at the cabin this weekend and everything was perfect. We choose American Patriot Getaways because of our previous positive experience Ahed we had to cancel our trip due to my mother's illness. We will only book through APG in the future. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Our whole family was very impressed. We will definitely want to stay there again when we return to the Smokey's. I would most certainly recommend this cabin to family and friends.

There was an issue with ...

There was an issue with carpenter bees and several light bulbs being burned out, you resolved the issue same day. Very impressive and helped make the rest of our stay a great one. Would use your company again for future vacations. Thank you so much. :)
