Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.
There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

Me and my wife really enjoyed our honeymoon in this cabin!! The cabin itself was beautiful and homely! It was really clean and everything was neatly organized and placed. We thought it was funny that they even had a hand towel folded into the shape of a swan. Haha! Sitting in the rocking chairs and swing on the deck was nice and relaxing! The hot tub was certainly enjoyable as well! Something I would like to recommend about the cabin though to make things a little better is that it could use some trimming of the trees and branches. You cant see the view of the mountains any more as much as you could in the pictures but it was still beautiful, what you could see! Thanks for an enjoyable and pleasant place to enjoy our honeymoon!
