Host Cancellation Policy

This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 48 hours of booking, unless same week arrival.

Only the guest named on the rental agreement may notify the host either in written or verbal form of the request to cancel. Reservations are non-refundable if canceled in less than 45 days prior to arrival for 1-3 bedrooms, 90 days prior to arrival for 4-7 bedrooms and 180 days prior to arrival for 8+ bedrooms.

There are no refunds for bad weather, snow, no-shows, late arrival or early departure.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! ...

We absolutely LOVED our stay! When we walked in you could SMELL how clean the cabin was! Upon checking in there was a beeping noise, but when we called the owner's came out and had the issue resolved before we even made it back to the cabin that eveninhe cabin was comfortable and we absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again! It was a great, cozy get away! The view was amazing as well. Overall it was more than we could have asked for at a great value, and the pictures don't do it justice!

My wife and I stayed ...

My wife and I stayed for the weekend and thought the views were spectacular. You never know what you're going to get when booking online but we were more than satisfied with the cabin. It was so easy to text the confirmation number and get the key code asap. The hot tub was great and everything minus the grill worked great. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family, and plan on coming back. Thank you for a great time.

We had a wonderful time at the DO NOT DISTURB cabin. Excellent location and we plan to return next year for our 35th wedding anniversary. The staff was very helpful. He aimed to please.

Beautiful cabin- it supplied everything necessary. Fabulous scenery! The porch was the perfect place for enjoying the view. It had rocking chairs, swing, and hot tub. Perfect getaway vacation!!!
