Host Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.

Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.

Love This Cabin

This was a great cabin, and we will certainly be back. Pool and hot tub were fantastic and it's so close to pigeon forge that you are just minutes away from everything. The access to the neighborhood was super easy from the main road and the neighborhood felt super safe. This house met all of our requirements; it had a well equip kitchen for everything we needed and was super clean. The living room furniture and master bed were comfortable. We really were able to spend good family time enjoying the pool table, hot tub and movies in the pool. I wish they had a cable box connected to the projector screen. We assumed it would have it and didn't bring blue ray movies. We ended up making a Walmart trip and bought a cable to connect our laptop so we could stream our movie apps. Once we got that figured out it was great. The only other negative was the downstairs bedroom with the door was not as comfortable. The mattress had a dip in the middle and there was a mattress protector or something that was really loud when you turned over in bed. Overall, our family really enjoyed this cabin and would stay in the exact same one next time we go back. I would highly reccomend!

Get With The Program

My windows were not clean. We went to make dinner on the grill one night and had to spend an hour cleaning it before we could make dinner. There was dust everywhere, on top the stair walls, and refrigerator. The water pressure sucked so much we could not use the upstairs shower. When we had maintance come out and look at it there was nothing he could really do but he also said our water heater was turned way down so turned that up so we had hot water. We were supposed to have forks, spoons, and knives provided for 4 people, we had 1 of each.

Amazing Family Place!

The only thing that took a while was the hot tub. Seemed like it took a whole night just to heat up, and then it kept losing its heat once you were in it for more than 20 minutes.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Clean And Perfect

The whole place was clean and welcoming when we arrived, easy to unload and just start relaxing. I don't think I had a single thought all vaca.. and the view was breathtaking I loved staring at mountain all weekend

Nice Cabin In Great Location

Property is a nice cabin in great location. Has good amenties with pool, hot tub, and pool table. However the couch was sinking in and the patio couch near the pool was dirty.

Beautiful Cabin

We were pleasantly surprised by the condition of this cabin! The decor was gorgeous and everything was maintained well. The view of the mountains was lovely. We enjoyed the theatre pool nearly every day! They are very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and activities!

Terrible Ac

The cabin was great, except for the AC unit. I realize it was 95 over the weekend, but the AC would not cool the upstairs at all. The bedroom downstairs was nice and cool, but upstairs it was 80 plus all day and at night you were lucky to get it down to 75 upstairs. We have a 3 year old who wanted to sleep with us, so sleeping downstairs in the smaller bed was not really an option. Several night we had very little sleep. Last night, we just left at 3 in the AM. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone in the summer with an improved AC unit....but I am sure it would be nice in the winter. The rest of the cabin was great, just the AC ruined every night.

Recent Stay...Bliss In The Mountains

My wife and I had an amazing stay. The cabin itself is beautiful. The location is perfect since it is a few minutes removed from the craziness of the parkway, yet still close enough to enjoy all the touristy stuff the area has to offer.

Nice Cabin, But Has Some Issues...

The cabin itself was very nice, however, the lack of necessities were an issue. There was zero plates or silverware or pots/pans. We later discovered they were still in the dishwasher from the previous stay. No extra toilet paper, no towels in the basement bathroom. Only 2 wash cloths for the master bedroom so we did laundry everyday. The hot tub wasn't keeping temp, but the maintenance gentleman was quick to get there and fix it. The construction noise was very disruptive. We also didn't realize we were surrounded by other cabins...our fault for not doing more research. Our daughter loved the pool, but it's small. The projection TV was a big hit!! Check in/out was a breeze.

A Great Getaway!

Our Stay was great. The Cabin was clean and close to all our outings. A few points to make that I wish I knew: There is one road to the cabin that is VERY windy and feels dangerous for those not used to driving these types of conditions. We figured out when you leave the complex, always turn left at the bottom of the driveway and let GPS reroute you. It's a much safer road then turning right and does not take you out of the way but only a minute or so. Bring binoculars for the mountain view to search for bears (wish I had mine). Also, although not altering my rating at all, the mattress on the walk-in level needs to be flipped because is sags in the middle a bit. AND PLEASE add a deadbolt lock to the front door! I know the property is under 24-hour surveillance, but this would make it feel safer as anyone that knows the code can enter at any time. I put a chair in front, but once my family is sleeping, I would have felt much better with an additional lock that you can only open from inside. All in all a great stay! Just some points forward.
