River Getaway #2326 - Pigeon Forge Cabin

This was the first time my kids and I stayed with Aunt Bugg's. When we rolled up to the cabin we were floored by how awesome it was set up. The fireplace, the kitchen, and the bedroom just gave off a very cozy feel as we looked around. We spent every evening enjoying the hot tub and the peace and quiet that came with it. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The only problem we had was getting the cable to work in the bedroom. But maintenance came up right away and was very friendly. The only problem we had was with the hideaway bed in the couch. My son and I slept on it the full vacation but the mattress was not comfortable at all. Otherwise I would highly recommend staying here and have already talked to my kids about coming back next year for Spring Break again.

Making reservations was very easy. Dealing with employees was a pleasure. The cabin was spotless clean, decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. This was, hands down, the best place we have ever stayed! We can’t wait for our next visit!

The cabin was very easy to get to from the rental office. Directions were excellent the amenities were outstanding. The property was well-maintained and absolutely spotless and I would recommend this property to anyone. The only problem was a single closet in the bedroom that was crammed full of Christmas decorations. We had to rearrange the closet in order to hang some clothes. We found that to be annoying. Overall the cabin fit our needs, was extremely comfortable, close to pigeon Forge. We ate at the old sawmill and highly recommend it . The food was excellent and reasonable. Either go very early or be prepared to wait for a table. The other place we ate was JT Hannah found that equally excellent and reasonable. Aside from recommending this facility to others, we would return ourselves. Thanks for a great stay.

Had agreat time and excellent service

We always enjoy coming to the the great smoky mountains and we love staying with aunt bugs . Because of COVID 19 we stayed in the cabin a lot more it’s nice to cook , bbq , and just relax . Much needed break .Thanks

Cabin was beautiful. Customer service was terrible. The lady and gentlemen at the front desk during check out were rude. Will definitely not be using this company again.

It is our 2nd time to rent the cabin for few days, but this time with our 2 children. The kids absolutely love the cabin and had a great time including the hot tub. The location was perfect.. right in the middle of Pigeon Forge town. We would definitely come back again!

our experience was awful, wife took me there for our 51st anniveristy, had a very hard time finding the cabin. if it wasnt for a nice lady at howard johnsons we might still be driving around trying to find the cabin, tryied calling office twice gentalman got sort rude with the wife. you couldn't pay me enough to stay at any of your cabins again. might help to send a map or accurate directions to your cabins, were old school so don't do electronics for directions.

The cabin was very clean, nicely furnished and well laid out.

This cabin was brand new! Really beautiful and clean and had all the amenities. It was well stocked and pretty much had everything you needed (except for food of course). Location was just minutes from the main attractions and groceries. Although there was a river nearby there was not much else as far as scenery. There are other cabins and homes nearby. But for quiet and a nice get away...this is the place to be. Loved that the deck was covered. The first cabin we booked was located far too steep for us to safely get to (in my opinion) so we were very pleased when we we offered this location. I would not hesitate to stay in this cabin again. If you want to experience cabin stay versus hotel this is a must!
