We stayed at this cabin for 3 nights. The cabin was gorgeous! Loved the area! Was fully equipped with lots of dishes and cooking items. But from the time we got there, there were issues. We were so disappointed! The cost of the cabin was not worth the problems. The cleaners were very nice and so was one of the maintenance guys. The first problem, we had drove a long distance and was tired by the time we go there. We wanted to check in and we had to wait an hour and a half to get in. So our check in was at 6:30 pm instead of 5pm. Got in and there was no wifi, we was given the wrong number to the wifi. The hot tub was not operable for 2 days. The lawn could have been mowed, After leaving the next day and returning that evening the door code didn't work. So our son went and checked the doors and the bottom door to his bedroom was so weak that it just popped open. Finally the door code was fixed the next day after we had left. Our son's tv did not work in his bedroom on bottom level. No one came to fix. The master bedroom was so pretty, but the master bath toilet was loose and we smelled urine the total time we was there. Also the jacuzzi tub had some kind of floaters in it after the jets were turned off. Pretty gross I would say. The bed was so bad if one of us moved it woke up the other person. There were no dish towels or cloths in the kitchen to be used. There was also no trash bags, and only drop of dish soap. We had to supply all that! The outside grill to use was not used because it was filthy dirty. Cob webs hung all over it and was just nasty. Porch needed an extreme cleaning. It was just filthy. We stopped calling after 3 calls. So if you stay here be prepared. After paying $1700 we were very disappointed! Our family has stayed in cabins in the area many times and we have never had to deal with any of this. Beautiful cabins!! We had phone calls from the owners asking if we needed anything. There was plenty of dish towels and dish clothes to be used and we washed them and put them back before we left each cabin. Everything was always perfect at each of our stays! And the price was drastically lower. But this stay was not acceptable! We do not advise a stay here. Or if you go ahead and stay. Just be aware our stay was just not good! And bring supplies!!

The cabin inside was just gorgeous! Loved the layout, but we were soon to find out several problems over the next few days! The hot tub did not heat up for two days after we were there...so we didn't get to use it, Wifi didn't work, gave us the wrong wifi number, finally got it on the next day, Took us an hour and a half to get use of property. Was 6:30 before it was actually done, Son's tv did not work in his room, no one ever came to fix it, there were no trash bags for trash to change the trash, Loose toilet in the Master Bedroom, and the smell of urine was strong, something weird was floating in the jacuzzi tub in master bath after it was filled and after the jets turned off..so gross especially when you don't know what it was, the bed made so much noise if one of us got up it woke us both up, There were no dish towels or dishcloths to use, Very little dish soap and had to buy more, The Grill outside was so filthy that we were afraid to use it. Porch needed an extreme cleaning and the rockers, The lawn could have used a mow. Way to much to deal with on vacation! I will not stay here again! I would suggest that if you do stay bring dishcloths and dish towels, trash bags and more! The money we spent on this place was so overpriced for the problems we had. No one acted like they even cared. Called 4 times with problems and then stopped calling. There was no use in it! We stayed out our time and did I mention we got out at our 9am departure time even though we got in late? So rent at your own risk! We have stayed in several cabins in this area and they were amazing! Everything you could possibly want and more. Everything was stalked up and ready to go. They called to check on you and see if anything was needed and it was $500. plus cheaper and every amenity was perfect!!! Good luck whoever rents. I am sure though after this review it all will be fixed!!!
