If a cancellation request is received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, a full refund minus the Reservation Fee will be processed.
If a cancellation request is received between 15 and 29 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, the deposit shall be nonrefundable.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 15 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, there will be no refund.
For properties with 4 or more bedrooms
If a cancellation request is received at least 60 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, a full refund minus the Reservation Fee will be processed.
If a cancellation request is received between 30 and 59 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, the deposit shall be nonrefundable.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than 30 days prior to the scheduled checkin date, there will be no refund.
