If you cancel your reservation 15 or more days prior to your arrival date a voucher for a future stay will be issued by host in the amount of the deposit less the reservation fee for use for a future stay within 365 days of the date of cancellation. If you cancel your reservation 14 days or less prior to arrival you will be responsible for the full reservation amount (you will forfeit the full deposit amount and the non-refundable reservation fee, and shall be responsible for the remaining rent amount and all other applicable charges associated with the reservation). Only the Guest named on the Agreement may cancel a reservation and cancellations must be made by phone call to Hosts Office.
Plans can be changed before 14 days prior to the scheduled check in with no penalty. No changes are permitted within 14 days of check in.
Entering cabin everything seemed ok but as we got settled in we noticed a lot of disappointments! First the carpeting in cabin is very dirty...very aged and soiled! We seen several bugs in cabin! The pool area was so cold that or kids could not even swim...one of the main reasons we choose this cabin was for the pool! We tried calling the office a couple of times and couldn't get anyone live to answer so we just said forget about it! The cabin's size was very nice but the cleanliness and not being able to use the pool really put a damper on our whole trip!! These issues really need taken care of!Would recommend to others? No
We appreciate your feedback in regards to your recent visit. Although we do make an attempt to sweep them up during each cleaning, in the mountain area, getting rid of insects completely is almost impossible. We have our cabins treated monthly but we do apologize if there were insects during your stay. We do offer 24/7 staff assistance and your feedback regarding our company not returning phone calls is simply not true. We document all correspondence and are required to reply to all messages that are left within a 15 minutes time frame. We love assisting our guests and would have been happy to address the temperature issue in the pool room during your stay. I have reported your concerns in this regard and in regards to the cleanliness to the proper departments and I can assure you they will be addressed. Please know it was not our intention to disappoint you. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with us.
Great quit getaway
We been looking for a cabin for a family vacation this was the perfect spot. Location is great you are away from the busy part of the town but close enough to have some fun. Check out time sucks because is 10:00 I believe they should make it later because you canâ€™t check in into 3:00. The pool water was cold so we didnâ€™t enjoy the pool at all. We could have chosen a different cabin without a pool if we knew it was not going to be heated.Would recommend to others? Yes

We all had a wonderful time! Kids loved pool, video game, and air hockey table. Wish it had a better view.Would recommend to others? Yes
