A Tranquility Den #210 - Pigeon Forge Cabin

For the most part we enjoyed our stay. That being said the cabin was filthy. My two year old brought me a fake fingernail that she found in the floor. The tv downstairs had so much dust on it that whoever stayed there before had written their name on the screen in the dust. I walked across the upstairs floor barefoot and my foot was covered in dirt. It was a nice cabin if it had been cleaned.

This was my 1st and last time renting here. The cabin's location is a nightmare. We couldn't find it easily. Nothing is marked properly. The view was great and it is a beautiful cabin, however, it was disgusting! (I have pictures to prove it.) The bed linens were NEVER changed. They were soiled AND had a child's underwear and shirt inside the foot end of the already made bed when we went to get into bed the first night. Mice droppings everywhere, dust, insects, the windows were not cleaned, counters were filthy, and the porches were not swept. There were no vacuums, brooms or things for us to clean up after ourselves with. This was a cabin intended for many guests (we had 5) and the table only sat 4, LR furniture only sat 4 as well. Pull out sofa bed had the most nasty stains on it. I had my son sleep on the couch itself which was very uncomfortable. There is what appears to be a video camera located at the hot tub area. This was not disclosed to us and we felt it was an invasion of our privacy. This cabin has potential with the right company managing it for the owners. RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Cleanliness was not the best. Pullout bed downstairs was miss was bad. My granddaughter slept on couch instead. Staff was helpful when we called to clean hot tub. Location was good.

The property was a little tricky to find the first time, but so worth the effort!

Good. The roads were a little scary.

The cabin was just ok Not quite as nice as pics show on line. Getting to it was a challenge to say the least. The dryer squealed so loud I was afraid to use it. Overall we enjoyed the stay but probably wouldn’t pick this cabin again

Not very impressed in the way the cabin looked. Lots of cobwebs on the porch and when entering the cabin. There were things that need some attendance within the cabin and one two things got taken care of and when they fixed the blinds they left some screws on the floor. Hot tub was low with water and no water hose to fill. Left the old heater from the hot tub in the hot tub. Needed some TLC prior to our arrival and wasn't done. Soiled (filty) mattress on one of the pull out couches. Company was informed and they one fixed two things out of the list we gave them.

The cabin is located in nice quite place just a minute from the main street, it is nice and pretty clean. We had a very nice time staying in this cabin with our kids. They just need some little upgrades on this like in the bottom bathroom there was not warm water running all the time and they should replace some sink fossils to make sure you can operate them, they also need to make sure that all the lights have light bulbs so you can use it at night. Management need to check regularly on the property for not working stuff!!! The sleeper sofas mattress are so bad that even our kid sleeping on it was very uncomfortable! They need to be replaced very badly! Thank You for your rental

Great experience

Cabin was a good fit for us 4. Hot tub was super loud and very dirty on the bottom and leaves. Didn't use at all because of this. Do not drive to this cabin for the first time in the dark!! We expected 4x4 needed, but it was a drive "up" to get used to maneuvering through. 1st & 2nd time up we was ready to check out because I didn't think our jeep would make it up again without tearing it up. Even with the insurance "they just couldn't move us." Very close to town though. Lights were pretty to see at night. Bring T-paper. Only had 1/2 roll in each bath room. Beds comfy enough, kitchen furnished enough. No dart board unlike the pics :( Nice stay away from all life's responsibilities though. Mobile check in/check out was nice.
