Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 72 hours of booking (Unless booking within seven days of the day of your arrival).
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking, including but not limited to accommodations, outfitting, services and extras, is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you receive a 100% refund from host. However, if you book within seven days of the day of your arrival, no refunds are available, regardless of the 72 hour window. No other refunds will be given outside of 72 hour window. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a credit in the amount of your host deposit to be used toward a future stay at one of the Hosts properties occurring within one year of your original date of booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the day of your arrival, you will receive no refund and no credit toward a future stay.

Getting there was easy and getting in was a breeze. The inside was nice and clean. The outside had spiderweb everywhere. Bugs came out of the jets in the tub inside the cabin. The mattress isn't very comfortable.

Beautiful view, hot tub was great, comfy accommodations, private. Everything we were looking for for our tenth anniversary.

We had trouble entering the property & had to wait for maintenance. The shower didn't work - we think it was for looks only. This was terrible for someone with arthritic knees who is not able to get in & out of a bathtub. We are not fans of air conditioning & wanted to open the doors & windows for the evenings. This wasn't possible because the windows didn't open & there are no screen doors so if we did, the bugs came in. This was not the most pleasant stay. The deck & the view were the best part.

Cabin is outdated and dirty. Staff is understaffed. We came in on the first night, about two hours after check in, the cleaners had not left yet. The cabin management company tried to make it right. They offered us some attraction tickets. They were supposed to get back with us the next day. I called several times, texted them. Finally they got me my tickets two days later. Our cabin needed some attention that it clearly wasn’t getting. Holes in blankets. Dust on fans and curtains. Cookware was pitiful. Dust all over the air return. Some sort of black stuff on the ceiling in the bathroom.
