Host Cancellation Policy
This host gives 100% refunds of booking deposits within 72 hours of booking (Unless booking within seven days of the day of your arrival).
A 25% deposit is required in order to confirm a booking. The final balance of the total cost of the booking, including but not limited to accommodations, outfitting, services and extras, is required 30 days prior to your arrival date. If a booking is made less than 30 days before your arrival date, full payment will be due immediately when making the booking.
If you cancel within 72 hours of booking, you receive a 100% refund from host. However, if you book within seven days of the day of your arrival, no refunds are available, regardless of the 72 hour window. No other refunds will be given outside of 72 hour window. If you cancel more than 30 days prior to the day of your arrival, you will receive a credit in the amount of your host deposit to be used toward a future stay at one of the Hosts properties occurring within one year of your original date of booking. If you cancel within 30 days of the day of your arrival, you will receive no refund and no credit toward a future stay.

Wonderful vacation, excellent cabin.
We stayed at Livin' the Dream in Brother's Cove near Pigeon Forge. The cabin was great - exactly as pictured, clean, everything worked perfectly. The views were phenomenal, the hot tub was so relaxing, and the kids loved having access to the resort pool. Our only quibbles - the grill was terrible (like you'd find in a public park,) no cushions for the outdoor seats, and no table outside to eat at. But those complaints were minor and didn't take away from our enjoyment of this beautiful home at all.

I visited the cabin in September 2016. It is a little journey to get to. By the end of the trip the narrow steep roads were normal travel. The first day we woke up to no water. They were on top of everything. Brought us water until they had it going which wasn't too long of a wait. We rearranged our day plans & enjoyed scenery until we could shower. The first night we discovered a broken toilet & faucet handle. Also the lady when checking in told me there was no wifi in our cabin, I knew there was. The maintenance guy took care of our problems (enough) in a timely manner (including the wifi issue). The cabin itself was perfect for our group of 8. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The only complaint was- we had preteens & no tv in the kid room. That complaint did not last long (esp after wifi was fixed), but there was plenty for them to do. We saw 2 black bears just roaming by our cabin. Which made everyone's night. We stood quietly on the narrow part of the deck as they played with each other for a second before moving on. The pictures posted at time of our booking represented the cabin exactly. We were down for a wedding & the other cabin I visited looked like its pics too. It was a couple cabins down, but it was a hike to get to for sure. I gave it 5 stars because anything that went wrong was taken care of in a timely manner with great attitudes.

This cabin fit all of our needs. Great space, love the baths for each bedroom, open family space, decor was very comforting, it was all we could have hoped for. Enjoyed our stay very much and didn't want to leave this cabin!!

We stayed here first week of Oct. 2016. Kitchen was furnished well, but bedrooms had either closet or chest not both. Water pressure was great & hot. Loved large table so we could all sit together.

I was originally placed at a different home but due to the fire in Pigeon Forge we had to relocate to this home. It had a great view and loved the location. My kids really loved this home.

Beautiful cabin as pictured. We had no hot water when we got there but they got maintenance out to fix it. The view was great out of the downstairs bedrooms. I wish we would've had a day just to relax at the cabin
