All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.
Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.
A nice getaway.
The cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and fresh. The only thing that could of been changed was the alarm passcode. We didnâ€™t have that and had to wait on a phone call to shut that annoying sound off.Would recommend to others? Yes

My worst stay in Gatlinburg
Keep in mind this was our honeymoon. We arrived late around 9am on saturday 05/27 after our wedding. After we arrived at the cabin we got our personal items inside to our room and about an hour after we arrived electric went out so we called and left a message that we was without electric since we was so tired from the drive to gatlinburg.The next morning we got up and electric was still our so we called again and they said that theres was nothing they could do about it that they couldnt move us to another cabin because they was full. They said to contact them if the electric wasnt back on after our outings in pigeon forge that day. That night on sunday when we came back the electric was still out. Remember we are on our honeymoon we had planned on using the hot tub and enjoying what money we spent for the cabin so we could have a cabin. So we went to a hotel so we could take a shower and paid for a night there. We went to the aunt bugs cabin office that next morning on monday 05/29 to discuss our stay and how unhappy we was and ask if we could get a refund or at least get some of our money back. At that time they said they couldn't do anything that the manager would have contact us. So we left we contacted the office several times after that but no response and the manager still hasnt contacted us back. We are not happy and we shouldnt have to remember our honeymoon as a bad experience but it was.Would recommend to others? No
Brittany, Im sorry to hear that your honeymoon was spent during one of our thunderstorms and that power was lost. I have passed this on to management to let them know you still have been not contacted. We do hope you will stay with Aunt Bugs again and strongly encourage accepting the trip insurance police which they will reimburse hotel rooms and/or cost of stay during such emergencies. winter time in May
Original cabin wasn't available due to wind storm. Another cabin was substituted for us in Pigeon Forge. We originally were to stay in Gatlinburg. The road to the new cabin was extremely steep and hazardous. The cabin was very nice but the fireplace was turned off and it snowed during our stay.Would recommend to others? No
Robert, I am sorry you were not happy with your vacation experience, but the 2017 spring weather season has been abnormal from high speed winds to snow. We hope you do give us a second chance and thank you for letting us know Thank you John

We love coming to Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas! We find it very easy to rent a cabin thru Aunt Bugs and the people working there are very courteous and easy to work withWould recommend to others? Yes
