This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling.

During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

Wonderful Visit

This cabin gave my girlfriend and I some wonderful ideas for construction of our own future paradise hideaway. The staff were exceptionally helpful when I told them our checkin would be after hours. Upon arrival, the cabin was immaculate, and came with all of the described amenities. At first, we had some difficulty getting to hot tub to heat up, however it was fine the following morning. Fortunately, we made it to town before everything closed down for the pandemic, so we were able to enjoy our easy access and relatively close proximity to Gatlinburg. Truly everything you need, and a wonderful romantic getaway.

Relaxing vacation

My husband and I came up for a short vacation to relax and get away. We had such a good time and had a great experience with Aunt Bug's Cabin Rental. Everyone we spoke to was very sweet and someone even called just make sure we didnt need anything. Thank you!

winter time in May

Original cabin wasn't available due to wind storm. Another cabin was substituted for us in Pigeon Forge. We originally were to stay in Gatlinburg. The road to the new cabin was extremely steep and hazardous. The cabin was very nice but the fireplace was turned off and it snowed during our stay.

April in the Smokies

We love coming to Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas! We find it very easy to rent a cabin thru Aunt Bugs and the people working there are very courteous and easy to work with

My worst stay in Gatlinburg

Keep in mind this was our honeymoon. We arrived late around 9am on saturday 05/27 after our wedding. After we arrived at the cabin we got our personal items inside to our room and about an hour after we arrived electric went out so we called and left a message that we was without electric since we was so tired from the drive to gatlinburg.The next morning we got up and electric was still our so we called again and they said that theres was nothing they could do about it that they couldnt move us to another cabin because they was full. They said to contact them if the electric wasnt back on after our outings in pigeon forge that day. That night on sunday when we came back the electric was still out. Remember we are on our honeymoon we had planned on using the hot tub and enjoying what money we spent for the cabin so we could have a cabin. So we went to a hotel so we could take a shower and paid for a night there. We went to the aunt bugs cabin office that next morning on monday 05/29 to discuss our stay and how unhappy we was and ask if we could get a refund or at least get some of our money back. At that time they said they couldn't do anything that the manager would have contact us. So we left we contacted the office several times after that but no response and the manager still hasnt contacted us back. We are not happy and we shouldnt have to remember our honeymoon as a bad experience but it was.

A nice getaway.

The cabin had everything we needed. It was clean and fresh. The only thing that could of been changed was the alarm passcode. We didn’t have that and had to wait on a phone call to shut that annoying sound off.

Our 2nd visit reviled a lot more

This was our second visit to the cabin in the last 4 months so we noticed more this visit. The cabin is off good value, but it isn’t that clean. The refrigerator and stove needed to be cleaned and the cabin didn’t provide items like dish soap or dishwasher detergent. The cookware was basic so if you are planning to cook you will need to bring stuff. The flooring felt very dirty and the vacuum they provide is a dust buster. No broom just a dust pan. The soaking tub was not clean and had a ring around the entire tub and the shower has mold growth inside not bad, but noticeable. The fireplace is electric and doesn’t heat the cabin it’s more for style than function. Overall a very nice area and a tree lined view outside but it is a hike up the mountain so if you are not use to 4x4 prepare yourself! The Christmas decorations looked like they were just rushed up which was kind of disappointing

Rainy Days

The cabin was extremely clean and very nice. The roads up to the cabin were a little steeper than expected. This should be noted when renting the cabin.
