Host Cancellation Policy

This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Pigeon Forge Vacation

Cabin was very clean. The air conditioning in the lower level was great. There was one a/c supporting the ground floor and the upstair bedroom. It was not enough. The upstair bedroom was cool enough to sleep between 12:30-1:00 in the morning . My husband submit thru the app a complaint three times and called once with the manger, James telling him he was going to call back. I called back later that day and spoke to James with him also telling me he was going to call me back, which he did not. We went into the office the next day and James was off , the office was aware of the problem and sent and a/c company that day. By then it had been three nights of sleeping in the heat. They do not call back when they tell you they are going to. They said they were working on it, but would not call us back to let us know that.

Great stay with aunt bugs in pigeon forge

Our family stay at whispering creek cabin was great 5 nights just wasn't enough. Cabin was great very convenient and close to town which we love because we shop a lot . Very clean hope to get same cabin next time.

Family Summer Vacation

This was the most hassle free experience we have ever had renting a house. Our trip was stress free the service was wonderful, the people great, our time spent with you was great, will recommend your company to all of our friends. We look forward to staying with you again

Good for last minute

We enjoyed the cabin. There were just a couple of inconveniences: could not play air hockey & fusball without purchasing game parts, bathroom counter was split which could be dangerous, and could not use hot tub because lights did not work in tub. However, we did not inform mgmt of items since we were there for short period during a busy weekend.

Great Rental!

Excellent rental. This is an annual trip for our group going on 10 years. This is the best cabin we have found in the area. Close in, no huge mountains to climb to location, large, fantastic media room and plenty of games, etc. for everyone. Cabin was clean and tastefully decorated. Met our expectations and we will definitely rent here again. Many thanks to the owners for sharing such a wonderful vacation rental!

Nice staty at Smokey

Our stay was great. This is a nice cabin with lovely woody settings. The cabin was clean and the theater hall was amazing. This is also close to all the smokey attractions. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this cabin.
