Cancellation Policy

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.

Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.

To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

Tennessee Treasure January 26 - 29

Overall, a good stay. Cabin has a fantastic view. However, there was a large group of college kids partying all around us and Friday night was loud! Hot tub quit heating on saturday, 3 of the 5 TVs did not work. Lots of the fabric hangings in the cabin needed dusting.

TN Trip

Was ok minus the cleanliness,heater working down stairs and the ability to acess the cabin when the roads got slick.

The staff was very helpful and nice. However, the carpet was dirty and should be replaced with hardwood flooring so it can be kept clean.

What a view!

What a fantastic place to stay. Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to avoid crowds. The view exceeded all expectations. Mt LeConte looked incredible and the sunrises were unforgettable!

Family getaway

Family of 8 came for three nights. Really enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, and hot tub! View was beautiful!

Great view, but

Cabin location was Awesome. Had a good stay but carpets on stairs and lower level dirty and lower level bed uncomfortable

Nice views!

The property was in decent condition. Just a few small annoyances like no toaster or salt and pepper shakers or knives. Could use a deep cleaning and a little more maintenance. The main level bedroom TV could not get any channels. The pool table had tears in the fabric and the air hockey table had a hole in it. The sound system for the lower level TV didn't work. We did not use the hot tub because there were wasps nesting under the shell of the hot tub. There was also some sticky substance on the rug in front of the sink. It should be thrown out. Other than these issues we enjoyed our stay and the cabin fit our needs.

Disgusting!

The worst rental experience thus far. First day had no water, the rental property was very, very dirty. The staff at Aunt Bug's cabins didn't seem to care at all about the state of the rental property, they were not apologetic at all about the water being shut off or the dirt we had to endure. We also had drunk neighbors swearing and being indecent until 3am. An absolute waste of money. DO NOT STAY IN CABIN 232, very, very dirty and run down.

Broken amenities

From the start we noticed problems. Broken hot tub missing over a foot of water which we were told we had to fill up. There are no hoses we spent 45+ mins using bowls only to find out its broke. Pool table is beat up along with a broken in half pool stick taped together. Music sub is blown, air hockey table cracked and master tv volume is broken there is no sound. Upon arrival you'll soon realize how close the cabins are to one another. Loud parties going on within 10 feet of the cabin and you can hear your neighbors conversations when they're inside their cabin. Pretty bad experience.

Beautiful views

Just a few comments nothing major the cabin could just use a little TLC. The rugs were frayed in kitchen and big area in living room. Had issues with not being able to get tv's in the bottom bedroom and main floor bedroom. I think it would be nice to have a newer updated tv in living room. The air hockey game has seen better days. We had no start up dish soap or dishwasher soap and sink had no stopper in it even if we wanted to wash dishes by hand. No pot holders. No toaster but had a blender! Like I said its small things that for a couple hundred dollars minus a new TV would spruce it up! We had no WIFI which a tech guy came out which was a bummer because it made us use up our data by one day and we were charged $15 from Verizon for it! Also when we arrived the hot tub lid was laying across the porch and the Hot Tub was filled half way and dirth, we contacted the office and they filled it and said no one had stayed in that cabin for a long time so wouldn't you think the day of our arrival they would've double checked the cabin? We didn't even end up using it because it looked pretty beat up. On that note it was a nice relaxing time and the weather was perfect!We have stayed in about 15 cabins over the last 10 years so I know I'm probably sounding critical but with the money we spend I always like to be satisfied!
