Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

This cabin was perfect! The views out of the back window are incredible!! The cabin was roomy and accommodating and very cozy! Only 2 minor complaints: trash didn’t get picked up while we were there, so it piled up quickly out of the outside trash can, and there weren’t enough towels. Other than that, perfect!

Best Place we've ever stayed!
We stayed in #232 TN Treasure and it exceeded expectations. Lots of room, adorable, and clean. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the game room and hot tub. We were walking distance to the pool. My favorite was the breathtaking view of the Smoky Mtns from the deck. Will definitely go again.

My Tennessee dream vacation
Our family summer vacation was wonderful. We rented our cabin Tennessee Dream from Aunt Bug’s cabins. The cabin was on top of the mountain with amazing views! We had both sets of grandparents and our 12 year old son. The cabin was clean, full of windows and very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised since I did book online. I would love to rent the same cabins next year. Thank you Aunt Bug’s for giving us a wonderful experience camping in the Smokies! We will be back!

What a view!
What a fantastic place to stay. Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to avoid crowds. The view exceeded all expectations. Mt LeConte looked incredible and the sunrises were unforgettable!

Great cabin but had kids with us and no WiFi really stunk for the kids I called and they didn’t seem to care about helping with that problem

AMAZING!
We loved everything about this cabin and definitely plan on going back. My grandson couldn’t get enough of that loft and ladder! The only thing that was a downer was the pigeon poop and feathers right at the front door. But, we would definitely go again!!

The property was in decent condition. Just a few small annoyances like no toaster or salt and pepper shakers or knives. Could use a deep cleaning and a little more maintenance. The main level bedroom TV could not get any channels. The pool table had tears in the fabric and the air hockey table had a hole in it. The sound system for the lower level TV didn't work. We did not use the hot tub because there were wasps nesting under the shell of the hot tub. There was also some sticky substance on the rug in front of the sink. It should be thrown out. Other than these issues we enjoyed our stay and the cabin fit our needs.

Confused
Everything was great with the exception of the upstairs couch in the bedroom, had white stuff splattered all over it dried up and it was honestly disgusting. My five year old kid was laying down on it and I saw that and got disgusted. Maybe do thorough cleaning because honestly I don’t know if it was worth $700 just because of that nasty couch.
