Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.

Cabin had great location and view. Air conditioner blowing out fair. Master bedroom hot and could use a ceiling fan. Furniture very dusty and floors not clean. Cleaning issues was biggest problem but cabin was nice.

Gatlinburg 2020 “The Corona experience “
There is a lot going on in the world at this time and my wife and I wanted to get away for a moment away from all the chaos and drama. We rented a cabin “ morning view” . The staff were excellent and friendly the cabin had been cleaned really well and we felt as if we were at home. It was just what we needed.

Stay with Aunt Bugs
The Rental was absolutely amazing! The view was incredible. On the the last day there we had issues with water pressure and toilets not flushing and the amazing crew at Aunt Bugs sent someone out right away and fixed it within minutes! The best place to stay with the best customer service!

Change of Season
This cabin was perfect! It is so beautiful and the views were breathtaking! The location was great and close to everything. We could not have ask for a better cabin for my husbands deployment homecoming vacation. We would highly recommend this cabin and hope to be back the same time next year. We had a wonderful time in our stay at this cabin. It was beautiful and very relaxing. We had a very pleasant experience in all our interactions with Aunt Bug's staff, and they were very helpful. We enjoyed staying outside of the busy areas because this cabin was very quiet. Gorgeous views and patios to view them!

No place for children! The drive to the cabin was terrifying with blind spots over crests in the road. Clean cabin with view. No place for anyone with a fear of heights! Very nice office managers.
