Good cabin getaway

Cabin was in a great location but needs blinds on entry door. Did not use hot tub cause it smelled musty when we raised the top.

Beautiful cabin in the woods

My husband and I stayed at Evening View 133 during spring break week in March. It was a wonderful stay. The cabin was exactly as pictured. The view was spectacular and I loved hearing the birds every morning. The location was in good proximity to the local attractions. It's listed as a 1 bedroom, but actually has a second king sized bed in the loft area. My only comment by way of a complaint is that the hot tub didn't work while we were there, but someone at the office was helpful in trying to help me troubleshoot the problem over the phone. We were only there for a short visit, but we would stay again, we really enjoyed our time.

Disappointing accomodations, torn furniture, cabin needs upkeep.

Disappointing accomodations. Bedding in downstairs master was horrible. Torn couch. I needed to buy a kit to repair the pool cues so we could play. Master bath drain had tons of hair in the drain. Hot tub had bodily fluids caked on the filter. Use your imagination for that one. Mouse **** was on the upstairs handrail which means the mice are in the house. The place is just tired. Was a much better maintained place a few years ago when American Mountain rentals maintained it. Plus they did not force you to take 5 nights. Front balcony was dirty, dont k ow why it wasnt clean, theres a hose right beside the hot tub to fill it, why not wash the deck down. Couches are now old and weathered. That furniture has seen better days. Bathroom towel rack downstairs keeps falling off the wall.

Autumn getaway

Very restful and enjoyable getaway. The cabin needed some maintenance. One of the windows leaked so bad during a rainstorm that we had to move a table and put a kitchen pot on it to catch the rain water. No toilet paper spindle in the upstairs bathroom and generally some upgrades needed for missing or loose items

The Long And Winding Road

This cabin was spacious, bright and private. We enjoyed the extraordinary views and also the charming sounds of the Dollywood Steam Train in the distance when we sat outside! Cabin needed some upgrades as carpets were threadbare and couch had bad odor. It should be noted that this cabin does not appear to be part of a "Resort" as it's in a somewhat residential development and the pool was a good mile or more away (which we did not use as we were not sure it was for this cabin) was not maintained and was in the yard for a residential home. No clubhouse or resort signs. The road up to this cabin was quite steep, blind turns and would be treacherous in poor weather.
