Cancellation Policy

No shows will forfeit any monies put down.

All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.

Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.

To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

Very disappointed

Floors were sticky, like not cleaned, needed dusted real bad, bedspreads needed washed, couldn't enjoy shooting pool table to close to wall, front porch needed cleaned, (2) armed chairs were stained and looked real dirty, when we arrived found 3 dead bugs on floor, and couldn't seat on back porch, it was so dusty. I don't know who you hire for cleaning but you need to check them out.

245 sun satuonal view

Cabin was clean . The only negative about it is the pool table. It needs to be positioned where you can play pool. 2feet from the wall doesn't allow room to shoot a shot

Cabin #245 Sun-Sational

We have rented cabins from Aunt Bugs on several different occasions, I felt that this cabin at the rental price we paid was less than satisfactory. I felt it was over priced for what it was. The hot tub would not hold water, must have a leak in it. It was 1/2 full when we arrived and we filled it and the next day it was 1/2 full again. The cabin had a pool table, but was virtually useless due to the lack of space around it. Judging from our experiences with cabin rentals, I feel this cabin was way over priced for what had. I have no problem with Aunt Bugs, but I would not recommend this cabin due to pricing and the other things mentioned above.

Nice view and relaxing

My family had a great time and the view was amazing!! Aunt Bugs was friendly and very helpful when booking and check in. This cabin is not to far out and very clean would stay again!!! ❤️

Dirty cabin flooring, needs new bedding

The cabins floors were very dirty, the carpet in living room we had to roll up so our kids wouldn't get on it, so nasty. The bedding was worn out and needs replacing. This cabin needs some major cleaning and new furniture.

December visit

Cabin was clean, comfortable and convenient to Pigeon Forge. However if there is ice on the ground it would be difficult to get to the cabin since their is a steep hill. I would recommend in summer but hesitate for winter. We were lucky since it didn't ice. Does have a great view.

Disappointed

Had to move cabins related to fire. Originally had Suite Harmony but the cabin wasn't available because of fire . They moved us to pigeon forge to another cabin where it cost more to get the same quality cabin . I feel I shouldn't have to pay that cause my cabin wasn't available. The hot tub was nasty the jets shot water to the walls when you turned it on .
