All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.
Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

My Stay At Dolly's Dream.
I went through Aunt Bug's to rent the cabin. The people that I spoke with were very polite & helpful.Upon arriving at the cabin I found it to be clean. I loved the fact that it was close to the main road in Pigeon Forge. Also that it was located within walking distance of the pool. My grandchildren loved it. The only issues I had were carpet needed updated & the patio furniture on lower deck needed to be replaced. The cushions on the chairs needed to be replaced along with the table. I bought a tablecloth for table & that worked well. Overall my family & I had a wonderful time. I would definitely use Aunt Bug's for my next cabin rental & would have no problem in renting Dolly's Dream again.Would recommend to others? Yes
The cabin was nice but not what you expect. You are not at all secluded in a cabin in the woods. The cabin is a duplex and the next cabin is literally 10 feet away on either side. The parking is minimal and we found it hard to park our large SUV. We had to drop off all passengers before parking and then the driver squeeze out. We have stayed in many condos that were cleaned to perfection but this was definitely not the case. It was not â€œdirtyâ€ but many nooks and corners have not seen cleaning in many years. The comforters are old and have dingleberries. Not to be completely negative, we adapted our mindset from what we had been expecting and still enjoyed our week. The kids enjoyed going up and down all the stairs. The kitchen is nicely stocked with ware.Would recommend to others? No

We had a blast! The cabin was more than we expected and was simply beautiful! I can't wait for next year I will make another reservation there.Would recommend to others? Yes
Good location and clean but a few issues.
Cabins were nice, clean and location is great. On the other hand road noise was horrible. Said the resort had wifi but we never got it. I called along with 2 other families staying complaining and no one would ever let us know what the problem was. They all acted like they had no idea what was going on. Walls are also paper thin so you could hear everything next door.Would recommend to others? Yes
We had a wonderful time the cabin was great. A couple of suggested improvements to the cabin, better lighting in the kitchen & privacy blind on window in hot tub area. Everything else was wonderful!!!! Thank youWould recommend to others? Yes
Dolly's Dream was a nice cabin. We loved the location since it was so close to things but sort of off the beaten patch. It is a type of duplex so at times the neighbors were noisy. We loved the jacuzzis and plenty of hot water. The dishwasher leaked all over the floor when we used it. We called maintenance and they came out the next day. Unfortunately they just put a sign that said it needed to be replaced and do not use. We had to hand wash all the dishes for our group of six which was not convenient when on vacation. The upstairs bed is very uncomfortable. Also don't expect to use the wifi. It was horrible! We loved watching the Dollywood fireworks from the driveway. The front porch with the rocking chairs and the seating on the back decks were fun.Would recommend to others? Yes

Overall the cabin was nice. Very disappointed that there was no view at all. Convenient to ballpark which we were looking for. Inside could use some serious updates. We could not use the private hot tub because the mildew smell was awful. The pool area was nice but the hot tub there wasn't working and was filthy. One of the couches in the loft was broken so we could not use it for a bed at all. Thank goodness we brought an air mattress with us. Outside trash can was overflowing when we arrived so we had to haul ours to another location. Probably will not return nor recommend to friends.Would recommend to others? No

To Whom It May Concern:We booked this cabin May 25 thru May 29, 2017 which cost a lot of money and after we arrived was very displeased with how unclean it was. It had a bad odor which smelled like a mix between body and dog odor. The carpets needed to be cleaned and vacuumed. The sheets in the master bedroom was on wrong side out so I changed them around and found hair and what looked to be wood splinters on the mattress cover. The pillow cases was to short for the pillows and they also was discussing. There were no extra lining anywhere in the cabin! I had to clean out the dryer lint trap before using because it was full of lint (a fire hazard). To be quite honest the entire cabin really needs a deep cleaning. I had to clean the bathrooms myself before I felt comfortable enough to use them. The people next door was very noisy. The hot tub outside needs to be cleaned and fresh water filled. We were very disappointed with our stay in this cabin and decided to leave early! I called the office Sunday midday and let them know we was leaving. The gentleman asked me if everything was alright but I was to upset to discussed it at that time! This really put a damper on our vacation. I hope all of your other cabins are not like this one if so I donâ€™t know how your company stays in business. Judy GaskinsWould recommend to others? No
