Host Cancellation Policy
This local host has a no cancellation policy. Their policy is no refunds and no rescheduling. During winter months road conditions may require that you need a 4-wheel drive (if snow or ice is on the ground). No refunds will be given due to inability to get to cabin due to road conditions or grade of driveway.
No shows will forfeit any monies put down.
After booking, the host offers a Vacation Guarantee for 7% of your total reservation. This enables you to receive a full refund, less the cost of the guarantee, up to 30 days prior to your arrival for a 1 to 4 bedroom cabin, and up to 60 days prior to arrival for 5 bedrooms and larger. Once inside those time periods, the Vacation Guarantee would allow you to reschedule your stay. This is an optional charge post-booking that you can elect to pay directly to the local host company.

If you choose to cancel or not use your reservation, the SmokyMountains.com Service Fee is always non-refundable.
Unit Pet Policy
This property allows a maximum of two dogs and a maximum weight per dog of 40 pounds. Even thought the unit is pet-friendly, no pets may occupy the cabin unless you have registered your dog in a pet approved cabin. If a pet is in an unapproved cabin, a fine of $200.00 will be assessed and you will be required to vacate the cabin immediately without a refund.
This property charges a non-refundable pet-fee of $75.00 plus tax per pet that will be collected after booking. The pet fee does not include any additional clean up services. You are required to clean up after dog inside/outside of the cabin. Please crate your dog when you are not at the property.

REO Speedwagon Anniversary Trip
My wife and I stayed over the weekend and visited a lot of local shops. We were there for our 23rd anniversary vacation. Very nice cabin. Good location, easy access.
Great getaway
Cabin was beautiful with great privacy. The cabin was clean and organized. Aunt bugs staff were sweet, kind, and professional. From beginning to the end of the trip staff was amazing. My husband and I will definitely return again.
Jeep invasion stay
We actually didn't spend a ton of time in the cabin . We where there for smoky MTN jeep invasion. But was close to town very nice place would stay there again
43rd Wedding Anniversary Trip to Tennessee
My husband and I just got back from our one week stay in a cabin in the woods of Tennessee, celebrating our 43 wedding anniversary. We couldn't be happier. We had coffee on the back deck in the morning and visited the many sights during the day/evening with our 77 pound golden retriever in tow. There were plenty of clean white towels, bathroom rug/mats, pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes and glasses. The appliances worked wonderfully, I honestly thought I would never use the washer/dryer, but I did and I sure found it handy to have them on hand. I also never thought of renting a cabin with a billiards table, but that was there and we enjoyed using it as well. My only advice for potential renters is stay off google reviews because there were some awful and in my opinion deceitful reviews. When a person plans a vacation it is nice to look up any advice or thoughts to see what people are saying. I would look at or believe the VRBO reviews only. Because of the deceitful google reviews, I way over packed things like towels, sheets, needless bug bombs and **** like that. To be honest, part of a vacation is the planning and excitement of going someplace new and fun. When you have asshats writing dishonest reviews/**** then that places needless worry and packing on the traveler. We were completely satisfied with our stay and would easily rent from Any Bugs again. FYI, neither my husband, dog or myself are in anyway affiliate with Aunt Bugs, so this is a completely HONEST review by a couple of people who are the tiniest bit sick we ever bother with an online search from people who were not certified renters, but probably just bored jackasses writing about something they new nothing about. Bottom line, we were happy with our rental experience and we know you will be too.
