Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.

We were satisfied with our cabin rental, but some of the pictures on the website of the Lucky Logs cabin are misleading. The home is a duplex, it is not ground level with a play area in the back, and the pool looked very different. Might need to update the pics.Also, we were delayed by traffic and had to speed to get to the office before the 6pm closing as they said they would not wait for us even when we called and said we were nearly there. We did make it in time, but could have gotten a ticket. Glad we didn't.Would recommend to others? Yes
St Patrick's Birthday Weekend Getaway!
Lucky Logs Cabin was fantastic! Our family was extremely happy with the cabin and how roomy and cozy it was. Location is perfect and close to everything we wanted to see! We enjoyed our stay in this cabin and highly recommend it.Would recommend to others? Yes
Nice Place. Only real draw back is the Road noise.There is a leak in 1/2 bath, toilet supply line or tank. Fan Remote needs help.Would recommend to others? Yes

Over the year my family have had the opportunity to stay with Auntbugs many times. Our favorite cabin by far to rent has been Lucky Logs 283. It's convenient to all restaurants, sites and activities. Peacefull and relaxing
Very nice. But my stay was cut short due to a death in my family. Didnt like where i couldnt get credit for the days i was there. March 24 to 30th was my reservation. Check in on 25 due to the weather. Left on 28thWould recommend to others? Yes

A Wonderful Stay At "Lucky Logs"
We loved the beautiful art work, sparkling Christmas tree, cozy furniture, classy decorations along with comfortable flooring, and it was very clean through out the cabin. When we arrived it came a snow that covered the mountains of Pigeon Forge with cold temperatures to go with it. We enjoyed resting in the warm hot tub while enjoying the scenery of all the snow in the mountains. It was one of the most cozy winter moments we experienced..... Thank you for such a beautiful cabin and all the eminities.Would recommend to others? Yes

Absolutely wonderful stay here!! Beautiful mountain view. One can hear the train blow as you enjoy the jacuzzi out on patio. There were Fire Works each nightcoming from Dollywood.Would recommend to others? Yes

I booked my reservation 6 months in advance to be sure to be with the rest of my party. When we arrived I found our cabin was just below the rest of the party but that there was no way to get to them without getting in our car to drive up. When I called they said well...sorry cant do anything about it. your in same complex though. Our cabin was filthy and we were told they only clean the entire cabin quarterly... really? who only vacuums or wipes down their floors once a month with that much foot traffic. Utensils had food baked on them from from dishwasher, fridge was not even wiped out. Garbage can outside was overflowing, I had to call three times to get someone to come out to empty it. furniture stained and so dirty I wouldn't even unpack my clothes.When we asked for it to be cleaned again they said they were having problems with that cleaning crew but couldn't do anything about it.Would recommend to others? No
