All group stays (2 or more cabins), 4 bedroom stays and larger, and stays totaling $1200.00 or more must prepay their stay 30 days in advance. No refunds or changes for cancellation of these stays.
Other than those listed above, you can cancel or change your reservations with this host. Cancellation must be at least 30 days prior to arrival in writing. A $120 cancellation fee is deducted from prepayment, no exceptions. There are no refunds or cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival for any reason. All stays are prepaid 30 days prior to your arrival.
To change a confirmed reservation, you must give at least a 30 day notice to the host and stay within 6 months of original arrival date. A $35 fee will be charged and your stay must be prepaid in full and no refund if reservation is cancelled. Reservations that are changed with the host cannot be changed or cancelled for any reason. No credit will be issued for unused portions of time in case of late arrival or early departure.
The staff were very courteous and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and hated too leave. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend Aunt Bugs too anyoneWould recommend to others? Yes
Not secluded as we liked
Did not feel there was any privacy, need to be a little more secluded. My fault for not checking first. We were also told there was a washer and dryer.Would recommend to others? No
Clean, oderless, quiet appliances and that work as expected.
As soon as you walked through the door you smelled a musty smell (from wet carpet), dust was on the bedroom walls, cobwebs hung from ceiling, refrigerator made a loud noise when it was shutting down after cycle, gas fire place was temperamental the last 2 days it didnâ€™t work at all. While I was grilling steak a big piece of rust fell from bottom of the grill and scraped my leg and foot.My wife and I both got sinus infections from our stay (musty smell & dust -we think contributed - she saw a doctor there in pigeon Forge and I saw a doctor the day I got home.My wife and I have visited Gatlinburg area countless times and stayed at countless cabins, stream of Love was at the bottom.I would not recommend this cabin to a friend.Would recommend to others? No

We loved our stay at stream of love.
The location was great. The area was nice. Not surrounded by a lot of people. The only thing that bothered us was we were told we had WiFi twice. Once got there they said no with this cabin. I am in college and needed to do some work. They didn't tell me no till we had already paid and got into out cabin. They even said yes while in the office. This was important to me and put me way behind in school. But other than that our stay was amazing.Would recommend to others? Yes

not happy with cabin
very disappointed with the cabin no phone service at all, water pressure very low, love seat had a spring broke on one side and was hard as wood on the other side, pieces of the air hockey game was broke so we couldn`t play it,Would recommend to others? No
Stream of love cabin.
When first entering cabin a musty mold sell was present over all cabin cute, but while exploring noticed the cookie sheets under sink had hard crusty food on them, very dirty. Hit tub was dirty and water had a smell stagnated oder to it. While looking for a cabin the amenities as described said a wash and dryer was available. Not available. Wanted a more private secluded cabin in the smokies. I think this cabin was neglected because when we arrived it has a for sale sign in the yard. Mice droppings in kitchen area and a very bad ant problem in bathroom. I can live with the and and mice dropping as we were in the woods. When making coffee the water reserve was very dirt with a mold odor. I had to clean it but it didn't help. The taste was there. All in my grandkids had fun even tho one air hockey paddle was missing, we used a small plastic water bottle to hit the puck back. Wasnt what I thought the cabin was described. Owner or cleaning service should do a complete cleaning of the cabin one a month. After all we paI'd for cleaning and when we got there I had to clean the kitchen, dishes and hot tub and bathroom. Both porches should have been swept down,cob webs and dirt everywhere. I don't think I will be a return g customer. I will do more research before I rent again.Would recommend to others? No

Would highly recommend aunt bugs
Our cabin was exactly as described and ready at 4 pm on the dot. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and in the perfect location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg right in the middle of the mountains. I miss it already! The only thing I would do differently is: we traveled here my husband, myself, and my 10 & 13 year old. It was a last minute trip so all the larger cabins were rented. The kids had to share the pullout couch. I would have preferred for them to have a room but that is no fault of the cabin or company. I would definitely use aunt bugs again.Would recommend to others? Yes

Not So Streamy......
While this property was well-maintained and comfortable, I felt that the "streamside location" description was a bit misleading. Yes, there was a stream beside the road which you crossed over to reach the cabin, but no view or sound of water from cabin porch. Privacy was not the best, either...more like a group of 3-4 cabins clustered close enough together that you could talk to your neighbor from the front porch. If those things don't matter to you, then you will like this cabin. We, as well as another couple, also had a problem with late check-in, and had difficult time reaching management personnel. But on a positive note...the microwave worked really well!!!!!Would recommend to others? No

Worst place we have ever stayed
We have rented many cabins in this area and by far this is the worst we have ever stayed in. we were staying 3 nights and when we got there I noticed not washer or dryer? Yes, I guess I should have seen that on the rental but didn't think to look cause every cabin we have ever stayed in had them. No WIFI? It in 2017 and there is no reason why this can not be updated to have WIFI.The hot tub we could not use because the water smelled horrible and was dirty so that was a waste. There was dust all over the walls in the bedroom along with the celling fans that looked like they had not been cleaned for some time. We could never get the TV'S to work like they should. The one in the living room is useless and for sure out of date. This cabin is located next to a very large cabin that had at least 30 people in it that were very loud and kept us up all weekend, so this cabin is not for a nice quite getaway. This was our first and last time renting. We went with a special you all were having and I guess you get what you pay for.Would recommend to others? No
